Margaret Cardarelli Obituary

Margaret A. 'Peggy' Cardarelli of Chelmsford, formerly of Woburn; 82 CHELMSFORD Margaret A. "Peggy" (Kennedy) Cardarelli, 82, of Chelmsford, and a former longtime resident of Woburn, died on Wednesday, November 5, 2008, at home, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Emilio "Mel" P. Cardarelli who died in 1995. She was born on October 29, 1926, in Jamaica Plain, a daughter of the late John and Sarah (Sheridan) Kennedy. She was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church, Woburn and was a member of the Red Hatters Society. She enjoyed spending time with family. She is survived by three loving children, Mary Ann Worsman and her husband, David of Tewksbury, John P. Cardarelli and his wife, Angela of Burlington, and Nancy DeMaio and her husband, Mark of Woburn; eight grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. She also leaves a sister, Mary (Kennedy) Tevlin. CARDARELLI Margaret A. (Kennedy) Cardarelli, 82, of Chelmsford and formerly of Woburn, died on Wednesday, November 5, 2008. Visiting hours will be held on Friday evening from 4 to 8 p.m. at the BLAKE FUNERAL HOME, 24 Worthen St., Chelmsford. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday morning at 10 o'clock at St. Joseph's Church, Woburn. Burial in Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn.
