Paul Judge Obituary

Paul R. Judge Pepperell, active at St. Joseph's, Navy vet; 88 PEPPERELL Paul R. Judge, age 88, a longtime resident of Pepperell, died Friday, November 14, 2008, at the Greenbriar Terrace Healthcare in Nashua, NH, after a short illness. He was surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of June I. (Hess) Judge with whom he shared 65 years of marriage. He was born in Dracut, MA, on October 17, 1920, the son of the late Patrick F. and Katherine M. (Roche) Judge. He was educated in the Lawrence School System. A graduate of Lawrence High School, Class of 1939, he continued his education at Lowell Tech. Mr. Judge served six years in the U. S. Navy during World War II. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a Toolmaker for Mar-Lee Mold Co. in Leominster, MA. While living in Pepperell for over 20 years, he was a communicant of St. Joseph Church where he was active in church committees. Mr. Judge was a lifelong member of the V.F.W. Pepperell Post #3291, a member of the Society of Plastic Engineers, a former member of the Knights of Columbus, Pepperell Council #317. Besides his wife of 65 years, he leaves a daughter, June P. Judge of Manchester, NH; two brothers, Lawrence Judge and John Judge, both of Pepperell; 4 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. He was respected by all and will be greatly missed. JUDGE of Pepperell, Paul R. Judge, age 88, died November 14, 2008 in Nashua, NH, husband of June I. (Hess) Judge. Visiting hours at the Marchand Funeral Home, 16 Pleasant Street, Pepperell, MA on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. A funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Church, 28 Tarbell Street, Pepperell.
