Albert DeVincent Obituary

Albert DeVincent of Westford Albert DeVincent, died November 22, 2008, in Westford, Massachusetts. He was the loving husband of the late Ruth (Steifel) DeVincnt. Born September 30, 1917 in Lexington, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Ernest and Candida DeVincent. He was the brother of the late John, Arthur, Raymond, Henry, Rose (Lepore), Helen (D'Angelo) and Alice (Kroll) DeVincent of the Waltham area. He was the devoted father of Lois Stone of Wakefield, Candi DiDonato Socha of North Chelmsford, Vance DeVincent of Dracut, and Storm DeVincent of Pembroke Pines, Florida. He was the loving stepfather of Bill Brackett of Carlsbad, California; and is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family will receive visitors at the Duckett-J.S. Waterman & Sons Home of Memorial Tribute, 656 Boston Post Road, Rt. 20, Sudbury, Tuesday, December 2, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. Funeral services and interment are private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in memory of Albert DeVincent to American Diabetes Assoc., P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22317. Late U.S. Army Airforce Veteran, WW II. Mr. DeVincent,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the USAAF during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
