My condolences to Peter's family. I've known Peter since his Oakland School days and last saw him about 5 years ago. I listed many houses with him and found he never changed. He was always quiet, patient, kind, very smart and a professional businessman. He remained well rooted in Belvidere; he seemed to know everyone and they knew him. As I have lived out of town for several decades he would update me on the lives of neighbors and friends we knew. News of his passage has saddened me. Blessings to all....
