Marguerite Duby Obituary

Marguerite Duby lifelong Billerica resident; 91 BILLERICA Marguerite (Walsh) Duby, age 91, former wife of the late Arthur E. Duby Jr., died Wednesday, August 22, 2007, at her home. She was born in East Boston, April 27, 1916, daughter of the late Richard and Mary (McDonald) Walsh. She had been a lifelong Billerica resident. Mrs. Duby had been the manager of the snack bar at the former Pinehurst Drive-in, was a waitress at Sandy's Restaurant, and most recently had been a cook at the VFW and the Billerica Country Club, both in Billerica. She is survived by one son, Bryan Duby of Billerica; two daughters, Patricia Duby-Martin and Deborah Duby, both of Billerica; one sister, T. Louise Farrell of Billerica; 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Richard, Arthur, Harold, Edward, George, and Irene Walsh, Hazel Whitehead, Alice Tribuna, Geraldine Keefe and Lillian Bickford. DUBY Of Billerica, Aug. 22, Marguerite (Walsh) Duby. A Memorial Mass will be held Tuesday at St. Mary's Church, 796 Boston Rd. Billerica at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Burial in Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica. Arrangements under the direction of the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, Billerica.
