Donald Miller Obituary

Donald L. Miller active at Billerica Lodge of Elks, Army vet; 72 BILLERICA Donald L. Miller, age 72, husband of the late Josephine B. "Chickie" (Casale) Miller, died Thursday, Oct. 4, at the Blaire House in Tewksbury. He was born in West Grove, Pa., July 27, 1935, the son of the late Elbert L. and Charlotte M. (Shivery) Miller. He was a Billerica resident for the past 46 years. Mr. Miller served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was employed as a product manager for Semi-con. He was a 41-year member of the Billerica Lodge of Elks #2071 where he had served as an assistant manager and bartender. He was an avid Red Sox fan. He is survived by three sons, Donald Miller Jr., of Tewksbury, Jeffrey Miller of Pelham, N.H., and Craig Miller of Billerica; one brother, Carroll Miller of Del.; one sister, Brenda Shelton of Pa.; five grandchildren, Derek, Deanna, Chad, Desiree and Sebastian Miller; one great-grandson, Nolan Miller. Also survived by his daughters-in-law, Debbie, Lynne, and Sandra Miller. MILLER Of Billerica, Oct. 4, Donald J. Miller, husband of the late Josephine B. "Chickie" (Casale) Miller. Funeral Tuesday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 8 a.m. Funeral in St. Theresa Church at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours Monday from 3 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Billerica Lodge of Elks, Scholarship Fund, Webb Brook Rd., Billerica, 01821 Burial in Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica. Funeral Directors W. J. and Dean M. Laurendeau.
