Daniel G. Dyer

Daniel G. Dyer Lifelong Lowell resident; 60 Lowell Daniel G. Dyer, 60, a lifelong Lowell resident, died Oct. 15, at Lowell General Hospital after a brief illness. He was a son of Mildred 'Millie' (Newell) Dyer of Lowell and the late Tyler E. Dyer Sr. Born Aug. 3, 1947, in Lowell, he was educated in the local schools, graduating from Lowell High School, Class of 1965. Mr. Dyer served in the United States Army. He made his lifelong home in Lowell, residing on Blossom Street for 45 years before making his home on Merrimack Street, and was a member of the former Sacred Heart Parish. He worked in his family's construction business, T. E. Dyer & Sons Construction, for over 35 years as a General Contractor. Danny enjoyed fishing and camping and was an avid outdoorsman. He also enjoyed playing the guitar, but his favorite pasttime was spending time with family. In addition to his mother, Millie, he is survived by three children, Bridget E. Dyer of Lowell, Daniel G. Dyer, Jr. and his wife, Marian, of Pepperell, and Darren M. Frawley of Lowell; 2 grandchildren, Joshua K. and Paige F. Dyer both of Pepperell; a brother, Robert J. Dyer, Sr. and his wife, Deborah, of Bedford, NH; a sister, Millie Nolet and her husband, Robert, of Westford; his former wife, M. Linda Fitzpatrick of Lowell; and many nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Tyler E. Dyer, Jr. DYER DANIEL G. YOU ARE INVITED TO HIS CALLING HOURS 4 UNTIL 8 P.M. ON THURSDAY. ON FRIDAY, HIS FUNERAL WILL BEGIN AT 9 A.M.
