Katherine Jubb Obituary

Katherine C. Jubb longtime resident of Shirley; 88 SHIRLEY Katherine C. (Page) Jubb, 88, of Shirley, died Friday, October 26, 2007, at the Nashoba Valley Medical Center in Ayer. She was the wife of Gerald L. Jubb, who died in October 2000. Mrs. Jubb was born in Marlboro, N.H., Oct. 28, 1918, a daughter of the late Floris and Ruth (Parker) Page. She had resided most of her life in Shirley. During the early 1970's, she worked briefly as a teacher's aide at the Lura A. White School in Shirley, and many years ago, she worked at the Asher Pant Company, in Leominster. Mrs. Jubb was a member of the United Church of Shirley. She had also been a member of the Ladies Grange, and Alturian Club. She is survived by two sons, Gerald "Skip" Jubb Jr., of Arizona, Lawrence Jubb of Colorado; three daughters, Nancy C. Fillebrown of Ayer, Marcia Hippler of Shirley, Merilee Depietro of Pennsylvania. She also leaves 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was predeceased by a son, Allen Page Jubb, of Michigan who died in 1987. JUBB Katherine C. (Page) Jubb, 88, Oct. 26. A Funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday at the T.J.
