M. Gagnon Obituary

M. Jeannette Gagnon of Westford, avid artist and traveler; 96 WESTFORD M. Jeannette Gagnon, age 96, of Westford, died on Monday, November 19th, 2007, at Nashoba Valley Medical Center in Ayer. She was the widow of John Francis Gagnon. She was born in Westford, on March 14, 1911, daughter of the late Donat and Josephine (Brule) Ricard. Prior to her retirement, she worked for the former Digital Equipment Corp. Jeannette was an artist and enjoyed arts and crafts, and especially loved painting, drawing, and pottery. She also enjoyed traveling, having visited Egypt, Russia, Paris, Panama, and China. She also enjoyed spending time with family. She is survived by her son, John J. Gagnon, and his wife, Priscilla of Westford; a daughter, Patricia A. Gagnon of Groton; a sister, Sylvanie Ebbett of Danville, NH; a brother, Uldege Ricard of Hollis, NH; eight grandchildren, John Gagnon, Donna McLaughlin, Michael McLaughlin and his wife, Terri, Patrick Gagnon and his wife, Sharon, Sharon Bellemore and her husband, Richard, Elizabeth Gagnon, Susan Beltz, and Gregory Gagnon and wife, Johanna; 20 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. She was also sister of the late Cyril Ricard, Noe Ricard, Lionel Ricard, Anita Ricard, Theodora Marcotte, Loretta Baker, and Anna Courchaine. GAGNON M. Jeannette Gagnon, age 96. Visiting Hours will take place on Sunday, Nov. 25, at the HEALY FUNERAL HOME, 57 NORTH MAIN ST., WESTFORD, from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Funeral Monday Morning with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 AM at St. Catherine Church, 107 N. Main St.. Westford. Interment at St. Catherine Cemetery, Westford. FUNERAL DIRECTOR J.A.
