A Silent Tear

Just close your eyes and you will see

All the memories that you have of me

Just sit and relax and you will find

I'm really still there inside you mind

Don't cry for me now I'm gone

For I am in the land of song

There is no pain, there is no fear

So dry away that silent tear

Don't think of me in the dark and cold

For here I am, no longer old

I'm in that place that's filled with love

Known to you all, as "UP ABOVE"

I was very blessed to have Buzz as my neighbor. I will miss seeing him outside sitting at the picnic table enjoying the birds and flowers, reading his newspaper, and petting his beloved dog Rusty. He was a kind and gentle soul, a man of few words, but a heart of gold. He was there for me when I needed someone to sit with my kids when I had an urgent errand to run, he was a good sport when I asked him to be my "patient" for my case study in school, and he lended a sympathetic ear when I was going through struggles. He and Joyce have been my surrogate parents. My thoughts and prayers are with Joyce and the family during this difficult time. Buzz will be fondly remembered and sadly missed.
