Mom, Jan, Bill, my sisters, and all others that touched Gup's life,
I wanted to share with you how valuable Gup was in my life. His warmth, compassion, and love of life and those around him was as obvious and natural as a trout in Dead Stream. Gup will forever remain in my heart and I am blessed that I had the opportunity to live my life in his presence. I know his memory lives on in each one of us as we all shared special moments that touch us in so many ways. He was an amazing man and his spirit will live on much longer than his physical life on earth.

I am so sorry to hear of Gup's passing. We worked together at Weyerhaeuser for years and always had fun and success. With Gup there was a surprise around every corner and that what made him such a gem.

I remember Gup Taylor had a column in the now defunct "Somerset Gazette" when it first came out. I knew his son, Steve, whose wife, Lumina, worked at Embden Elementary School while I was a student there.
