Evelyn Jacques Obituary
She was born July 22, 1927, in Waterville, the son of Paul and Almanda Dennis.
She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, John P. Jacques in 1985; a daughter, Noella Debra Poulin; three brothers, Norman, Raymond and Charlie Dennis; and two sisters, Yvette Roy and Jeannette Rousell.
Survivors include a son, Douglas P. Begin of West Gardiner; three daughters, JoAnne M. Pelletier of Waterville, Marlene M. Watson of Windsor and Shirley E. Begin of Fairfield; a brother, Sylvio Dennis of Winslow; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great-granddaughters.
A memorial service will take place at 10 a.m. Friday, March 13, at the Father Leonard Leclair Chapel at the Maine Veterans' Memorial Cemetery, Civic Center Drive, Augusta, with the Rev. Ralph Boisvert officiating. Burial will follow.
Arrangements are with the Gallant Funeral Home, 10 Elm St., Waterville.
