Anne Napoleone Obituary

Anne Margaret Napoleone, 48 PORTLAND - Anne Margaret Napoleone, 48, of Portland, died Friday, Feb. 27, 2009 at Maine Medical Center in Portland. She was born on June 27, 1960, in Portland, a daughter of Umberto 'Alberto' and Margaret (Healey) DiBiase, attended local schools, and was a 1978 graduate of Deering High School. Anne continued her education at Westbrook, college, and earning her C.N.A. On June 3, 1983, Anne married Joseph M. Napoleone in Portland. Anne worked as a C.N.A. at St. Joseph's Manor in Portland for many years. She enjoyed baking pies, crafts, and macramé, taking long Sunday drives, and going to the many gigs to see her husband perform. Anne also loved flowers and flower gardening, and spending time with her nieces and nephews. She was a loving and devoted mother who will be truly missed. Anne is survived by her husband of Portland; three daughters, Amy L. Napoleone, Joannah M. Napoleone both of Portland and Melannie Quimby of Norridgewock; five sisters, Janice DiBiase and her husband Walter of Leymoen, France, Barbara Verrill and her husband Robert of Portland, Mary Lindsey and her husband Shawn of Cherry Hill, N.J., Lisa DiBiase of Emmetsburg, Iowa, and Julie DiBiase of Portland; and several nieces andnephews. Visiting hours will be 3-7 p.m. Monday, March 2, 2009, at the Conroy-Tully Crawford Funeral Home, 172 State Street, Portland. Prayers will be recited at 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at the funeral home, followed by an 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Pius X Church, 492 Ocean Ave., Portland. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, South Portland. Online condolences may be expressed at www.ctcrawford.com.
