When my mother, Jeanette White, mentioned to Mr. Bell that her daughter had joined the Episcopal Church, St. Timothy's parish in Wilson, NC, I received the nicest note from him. I had the pleasure of meeting him one day at St. Thomas'. It was a paticularly sad day as my grandmother was close to the end of her life. I sought God and found the doors of St. Thomas unlocked. I also found Mack Bell in there that day. God Bless you and your family during this time of loss.

Dear Clara, Lisa, CB and Mac,
I was very saddened to hear of Uncle Mac's passing. He was always such a joy to encounter. He was a most interesting man, always with a great story to tell. His passionate love for Eden House rang true. He will be greatly missed. Our love and prayers are with you.

Dear Bell Family,
I would like to express my sincere condolences to you for the loss of Mr. Bell. Losing a loved family member can be very difficult to cope with. One thing that has helped me cope during such a loss are the promises found within the Bible regarding our dead loved ones. Notice what is mentioned at Job 14:14-15 "If an able-bodied man dies can he live again? You will call, and I myself shall answer you.
For the work of your hands you will have a yearning." So just like we yearn to see our loved ones again, Jehovah God yearns to bring such ones back to life. What a wonderful hope to look forward to.
With Sympathy,

To the Bell family! Holley Mack Bell, II and Clara Bond Bell. We(B. Marion and Linda B. Pennington) are so sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Bell. We only met them on several instances but quickly became very close. Their daughter "CB" is the wife of my adopted son "Keith" Guess; seriously, if I'd had a son, he would have been mine and she my daughter! God Bless each of you during this time of sorrow and know that the Lord is with you and we will be in prayer for you and all the family. Most respectfully, Great-Grandpa Pennington, Milledgeville, Ga. 31061-6709.

Words cannot express the compassion I feel for you, Clara, and family members. I just learned of Holly Mack's serious status when I visited Windsor this weekend. I called the hospital Sunday, but missed you.
What wonderful memories you must have. I know how much I like and respect you both. Such warm smiles on Sundays and special occasions...
With sincere sympathy,
Beth

Dear Bell family,
I am deeply sorry for your loss. I was the nurse that was with him when he passed. I am so glad that Clara and his son were there holding his hands in those final moments. I know that you are sad right now and that you miss him terribly but he is in a better place and is at peace. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers at this sad time. God bless all of you. Thank you for letting me stay there with you. Sincerely, Kelly
