My cousin Bill was a wonderful
character...sometimes crusty on the outside but always caring on the inside. For all the stalwart support that Bill provided to my brother Mitch, I thank him.

Bill Bailey was more than just cousin to me, for almost 50 years he was my surrogate father in many ways. Bill lived a long, good life and on his own terms. He will be sorely missed, but he is in a good place now. The USMC Hymn is playing there now, so I picture him enjoying all the fuss.
