Funeral service, Thursday, March 5, 2009, 1:00 p.m., Lea Funeral Home. Interment, Carolina Biblical Gardens. Visitation, Thursday, 12:30 - 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. All other times, the family will receive friends at their home.
Survivors: daughter, Evon Bridges Debnam (Mack) of the home; sister, Sarah Jane Neal of Wendell, Minnie B. Johnson and Mary J. Forte, both of Raleigh; brother, James Edward Bridges of Raleigh; six grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
