Rita Cirringione Obituary

TARPON SPRINGS, Fla.- Rita Lamberg Cirringione, 79, passed away on Monday, June 2, 2008, at her daughter's home in Chicago, Ill.

Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Mrs. Cirringione lived in Parsippany for 27 years before moving to Tarpon Springs 15 years ago.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Victor A. Cirringione.

Her survivors include her loving children, Robert E. and his wife, Debbie, of Newton and Tina C. Williams and her husband, Allen P., of Chicago; and her three cherished grandchildren, Leanne, Marlee and Victor Cirringione.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service on Tuesday, June 17, at 11 a.m. at Par-Troy Funeral Home, 95 Parsippany Road, Parsippany. A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, June 16, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mrs. Cirringione's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942 or the American Heart Association, 2550 U.S. Highway 1, North Brunswick, NJ 08902.

Robert and Tina, I am so sorry to hear of your mother's death. I am Frank Cirin's granddaugther, Sheryl Newman. My grandfather's brother was your grandfather, Tony. I remember you both when we were all children. I remember your parents, too, Vic and Rita...they were a beautiful young couple then. The last time I saw them both was at my brother, Victor's wedding, about 15 years ago. My mother was very fond of your parents. She just passed away in December. Funny, how fast times goes.....Please know my thoughts are with you both, may you find love and peace in your memories, ...Sheryl
