Catherine Haff Obituary
Born in New York, N.Y., she was raised in Flushing, Queen, moving to Garfield and Hackensack before settling in Wallington two years ago. She worked as a postal clerk for the U.S. Postal Service, Secaucus, for 14 years. Then she was a secretary for New Dimensions, Little Ferry, for seven years. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church, Garfield. She was a sponsor and volunteer with AA for more than 23 years.
She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Gregory; a daughter, Celeste Santos-Kriedel; a sister, Barbara Kallinikos; and two grandchildren, Alexis and Allysa. She is predeceased by her daughter, Maria Michele Santos, and her sister, Gail Kallinikos.
Service was Dec. 23 at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church, Garfield. Arrangements by Aloia Funeral Home, Garfield.
