Thank you Gene Barry for giving us so many years of great acting in the many shows you were in. I know you have left us but your memory still exists with us on the TV shows still airing. You continue to bless us. You are probably known best with us who are Babyboomers. May God's blessings and peace still be bestowed on your family and friends.

His charm definitely came through the screen. Even decades later, his dashing personality continutes to captivate on old episodes of "Bat Masterson." Rest in peace, lovely Gene.

I am enjoying watching his character on Bat Masterson. We all have to meet our maker at some point. I´m glad he lived 90 years, I lost my dad at almost 72. I´m happy to know that he was married to the same woman for 58 years.
I´m so sorry for this separation that has happened between Mr. Barry and his family and friends.

Condolences and blessings to Mr. Barry’s family and friends.
I recently came upon reruns of Bat Masterson on GRIT -TV.
What a fine character he created. I loved the dashing gentleman he played. He was the precursor to Mission Impossible, martial arts movies, James Bond ( William Barkley Masterson) and set the tone for the hero with hood looks and a clever quip. Loved Burkes Law. He was truly one of a kind and at 70 yo, I was taken back to my childhood. He was never vulgar, but suggestive, always sexy, always in charge.
That he was married for 60 years in Hollywood is also a testament to his class as a person.
Rest in Peace snd Thank you for sharing your gifts with the world.

I have good memories of Mr. Barry. I went into the elevator and guess who was there but none other than Bat Masterson. I was 25 and very impressed. I was speechless and he said I am Gene Barry. He was gorgeous. Thank you Mr. Barry for the talent you brought to all of us. I will never forget you and I hope to see you in the new system.

He played Lieutenant Columbo's first murderer back in 1968 & was quite the bon vivant well dressed perfect dashing handsome & formidable adversary for Peter Falk's wonderful creation of the stubbly, but bumbling, yet surprisingly adept functional detective. And the great actress Nina Foch being the murder victim of that first Columbo way back when. I do recall one episode of Burke's Law where Gene's character had to change clothes in his limousine on the way to a case as I recall.
Great character scientist in 1953's "War of the Worlds". Still hold's up fairly well to this day in 2017. Suave, sophisticated, dapper, my kind of guy to look up too & respect. Thanks Gene, RMA, Bakersfield, Ca.
