The first time I can remember my uncle Bryant was when I would visit he and Janice at what must have been the U of U student housing. I remeber going there when Melanie was born so I must have been only 5 or 6 at the time. Next it was the Sunday evening trips to Ogden that I remember. I don't know why but I always had a love of VW bugs, perhaps it was from him I gained this love at an early age. I loved hearing about his adventures in Europe in the bug. Every time we would see each other we would always talk about the VW. I have ended up having several of my own over the years and my daughter drives one today because I picked it out for her. I remember not being to happy with him selling the bug, especially because he didn't sell it to me. After Janices passing I would only see Bryant a couple of times a year. I always loved Karen for how great she was with the family and how she always made sure they were down to family events. I could count on seeing Bryant every memorial day and I would always make a point to seek him out because we were always able to have some good laughs together. He was a great uncle to have and just fun to be around. I will miss talking and laughing with him.

Bryant was a loving brother, sending his little sister the most precious birthday greetings each birthday, the last one arriving the first week of December. He had a dry sense of humor and was extremely bright. We will miss him.

Sorry to hear of Bryant's passing. Though I've not seen my cousin in over 50 years, he was always a very nice, humble and friendly person. He will be greatly missed by his family & friends. Robert T. Miner, M.D. & family

Dr. Miner was a great supporter of the jr and senior high school Science Olympiad held a WSU each spring. Many students benefited from these fun competitions. May the Miner family be blessed by their memories of this good man and the assurance his teaching career is still going strong.
From a former high school chemistry teacher and Olympiad coach.
