I was such a big fan of One Day at a Time and Bonnie was a lot of the reason for that. Her sense of fun mixed with realism and caring endeared her to me at a young age. I still love watching the show today and miss the presence of Bonnie in the world her charm and inspiration live on and I will never forget her.

A beautiful and talented lady is gone now. I was so saddened and broken hearted when I heard about the loss of Bonnie Franklin. She was the main reason that I watched "One Day At A Time" It made me so sad when the show went off the air. I have no doubt our Lord needed a beautiful lady to entertain in heaven. I know that our loving Savior will bless and comfort her family at this time of sadness. Rest in Peace angel you are safe in our Lords arms now, may you always know that you lived your life "one day at a time.

Watched her most recently on Young and the Restless. Never missed One Day at a Time. I am Valerie Bertinelli's age and the show was very important to me. It had everything. Ms. Franklin was a gem! There should be a TV special done to honor her by the girls and " Sneider". RIP Bonnie!! You were great!!

To the family & Friends of Bonnie, I will always remember you on one day at a time. But it was not the show that made me follow your carrer. Although the shoe was great. I thought you just had this feisty but at the same time compassion and caring about you. You were strong. But gentle. You were opinionated, but fair and open minded. You never seemed like you were shoving women's lib down our throats. But at the same time we were being heard. Now that's real talent. I recently caught you on the young and restless. As usual no one could have pulled that off but you. Even as a nun. You had spunk, fire, and a whole lot more. I applaud you in your life and will continue to applaud you in death. What you have left on this earth will never parish. You will always be remembered and loved. Thank you for sharing not only your talent but your time on this earth with all of us. Well done Ms. Franklin, well done.

To Bonnie's Family: I am so sorry for your loss. My husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2008 and fortunately for him, they discovered it in time. I have since learned how much of a killer this cancer is. We need to find an early detection for pancreatic cancer. I pray for comfort for you and your family at this time.

My condolences to the Family of Bonnie Franklin. Watching her depict the single mom on "One Day At A Time" really helped to prepare many of us, who later in life would become single parents. Back in the day, "One Day At a Time", really gave the world a reality check that woman can make it as single mothers, be the sole provider and have a career at the same time. Thank you Bonnie for helping to build the confidence of so many women all over the world. May you rest in peace and may your family be blessed.

I just want to say how sad I am to hear Bonnie is gone. loved her on One Day at a time. grew up watching that show always and still do. she was a beautiful person and Im just so sad. I lost my mom to cancer when she was 50 and just lost my dad to Alzheimer last year. it is very hard on all families when they lose someone and when everyone comes together and leaves kind words to the family it really means everything to them. now you are at peace and all the pain is gone and you are back to being yourself and making everyone laugh. to the family Im so sorry for your loss and always remember that the healing takes time but in time the memories of Bonnie will become the best therapy you will ever have. it is for me. I will miss Bonnie very much. Rest in Peace.
