COOK, Harry Clyde, 74, of Surrency, passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2012, in the Appling Healthcare System. Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, August 23, 2012, at Faith Light House Assembly of God, 3409 Paul Buchman Hwy., Plant City, Florida, with ministers, Savell Norsworthy and J. D. Taylor. Survivors are his wife, Judy Cook of Surrency; daughter and son-in-law, Hope and Neil Crocker of Edge Water, Florida; 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Kent and Cindy Cook and Dale and Janene Cook, all of Plant City, Florida; 2 brothers, Dale Wilson Cook and Rocky Cook, both of Plant City, Florida; 8 grand-children; and 3 great-grandchildren. Mr. Cook was born March 25, 1938, in Hillsborough County to the late Clyde Wilson Cook and the late Doris Crosby Cook. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and was retired from AVP Valve Inc.
