My sincerest sympathy to the family of John Rafter, for whom I worked when he was the Commanding Officer of Internal Affairs.

As I was growing up, I remember my mom's family big Irish weddings. Those grand memories I will always cherish. I also recall the faith, strength and love shared in gathering for her family's Irish funerals. For me, all are distant relatives, but the memories of 'the Rafter's' will always warm my heart. God Bless, K. Guldan

Dear Rafter Family,
My deepest condolences for your family. I didn't know John at all, but If he was anything like his son Jim and daughter-in-law Loretta, he was an amazing person. My prayers are with your family.
