Robert Johnson Obituary
of Scottsdale passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2014. Robert was 84 and died peacefully in his sleep. "Bob" resided in Scottsdale Arizona for the last 27 years. Bob was born August 9, 1929 to Clarence J. and Gladyce Johnson in Runnells, Iowa. He retired from Western Union after many years of service. Bob is survived by his son Brian (Kristen) Johnson, sisters Carol Tagatz of Sun Lakes, Arizona and Diane (Sue) Renaud of Altoona, Iowa, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Bob was a United States Marine Corps Veteran. He was in the Exclusive Fraternity of Honor- "The Chosin Few". He enjoyed golfing, Dining out, entertaining and his VFW Hall and friends. He will be deeply missed.

Bob, you were a fine man in the short time I knew you as my landlord in Scottsdale, Arizona: honest, kind and firm. Those were some of the best months of my life living at your property. I send my thoughts out to your memory and to your surviving family. I will never forget you.
