I only knew Fred for 3 weeks in 2006 while my mother was in hospital and he was her nurse. In those 3 weeks I could tell that he was the best nurse that my mother would ever have. He was kind and caring and from what I can see from these guest book entries he was as wonderful a person as he was a nurse. My sympathies to the family.

To the Repsik Family,

I was a frequent patient at Kennedy and Fred was my nurse on many occasions. He was definitely one of my favorites. I didn't build relationships with a lot of nurses but I did have a strong one with him. He was always concerned about my needs any made sure I was comfortable. We always used to talk about wrestling because my son was into it like his son was. When I heard the news I was devastated. He will be sorely missed by me and my whole family. You don't find many nurses that cared the way Fred did. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you now and forever.

I worked with Fred at FMP. I remember working part time at Chi Chi's and Fred came in for dinner one night. I spilled a beer on him and he just laughed it off. He was a really nice guy and I am sorry for your loss.

Dear Beth Anne, Daniel and Thomas, Mr. and Mrs. Repsik, and Sisters of Fred,
I had the privilege of knowing Fred for one year, when he was a senior at Paul VI and I was a first year biology teacher. He was such a wonderful person to be around, with an enthusiastic outlook on life and an upbeat personality. It sounds like nursing was the perfect profession for him, and I am sure that his patients were so much better for being in his care. I am so very sorry for your loss; you have lost someone very, very special.

To the Repsik Family: On behalf of the Paul VI Community and Fred's Class of 1981, I want to express deepest sympathies and an assurance of continued prayers during this time of grief. I fondly remember Fred's smile and the bounce in his step that always made him ready and willing to help...I can only imagine how many lives he touched in his years at other's bedsides. May he enjoy the eternal rest that he richly deserves...and may the Spirit on this Pentecost Sunday bring comfort and consolation to you.

I have such fond memories of High School times... mostly centered around the Prospect Ridge corner where we all waited for Chal the bus driver to collect us each morning. Fred was such a kind soul ---- made of such good stock. I am truly sorry life had to take this turn for all of you. Prayers for strength and courage are being said for you all.
