Lee and Family,
We were so sorry to hear of your great loss. Comeria was one of the sweetest persons we have ever known. We will especially miss the cards and notes she sent so often. The legacy she left will live on for generations.
You are all in our prayers.

To Mary's Family,
I worked with Mary at the Wedgwood Branch of the Fort Worth Public Library for several years. What a delightful person - always a warm and welcoming smile on dear Mary's face.

Linda, I was sorry to learn of Comeria's death. What a dear fine person she was and a wonderful roll model for others. I remember her and You when we worked together at the Library while in High School. It's been 50 years but I've not forgotten ya'lls kindness. God bless the Sikes family in their loss. I sure hope you and yours are doing well....Hammy

Comeria and I met when we were in junior high and both volunteered at the downtown branch of the Augusta Library. Since she went to Tubman and I went to Langford and we went to different grammer schools, I may never have known her otherwise. She was a good friend and a blessing to all who knew her. I haven't seen her in years, but I will always remember her as a thoughtful and caring person. I'm sure she will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Lee and Family,
I offer my sincere condolences to you all at this time. My last memory of Comeria is our phone conversation last October. We reminisced, caught up and laughed as always. I met Comeria in eighth grade, and we saw each other practically every day throughout junior high, high school, junior college, as college "roomies" and as first year teachers together at Richmond Academy. When I think of Comeria, I recall her kind heart, intelligence, sense of humor and love of people. She will be missed by all those who were fortunate enough to have her in their lives, and that certainly includes me.
Sincerely,
Carol Lamb Thurman

I was so sorry to hear about Comeria's death . She was such a special part of my childhood and life. She had a special knack for making people laugh, and for putting them at ease in all situations. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Love, Aunt Janice (Woods), now Brewer. May God help you through all this.

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. Comeria was a big part of my childhood growing up in Nebraska, and treated me like I was one of her own children. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

I am sure that the Sikes family will be sharing many great memories their sweet Comeria. I knew her at Augusta College in the 1960-61 years. We served on the freshman Student Council together and I am pretty sure that she was a sophmore class officer. A really nice person who always had a big smile for everyone. God bless all of her family and friends during this time of loss.
