I haven't seen Candace since highschool , but could not forget that she was my first friend at St. James when I started there in second grade. She was so much fun,and so sweet hearted . I'll never forget riding the mini snowmobile around the yard, and the Barbie doll party she had...I'm truly sorry for your loss, and will keep you in my prayers.

My friend Linda and I knew Candace for the 25 years she worked at River Lane Inn. Charming and always smiling, she made our frequent visits even more delightful. Her way was to make everyone feel special - her dear friends and guests. Over the years we all shared milestones, transitions, joys, and hardships. It is hard to imagine that she won't be in all of our lives. Our deepest condolences to the family and all whose lives she touched. Peace be with all who cared about Candace.

I had the pleasure of knowing and hanging out with Candace & Lyn, staying at their house, having a blast! I always thought Candace was a very special lady, a joy to be around! Candace was my best friend growing up. Reconnecting as young adults was like time never passed and we picked up where we left off.
