I'm always going to remember you, Nate. We spent a lot of our after high school hours together getting coffee, or just hanging out. Your presence is still relevant to my everyday life, it it's the music I listen to or the next cup of coffee. Wishing all is well with you and your good spirit.

I had the great privilege to be a friend of Nate as I was spending 3 years of Columbus Ohio.
We exchanged a few mails while he was in Thailand and he was deeply trying to come to France to visit me.
I will miss him from the bottom of my heart and I prayed for him on the beautiful beaches of Normandy.
I will never forget him.
My deep sympathy to the Haring Family.

My prayers are with Nathan, and I will never forget the intelligent, witty, and fun person he was to hang out with. I spent many after school hours with him either getting coffee at Friendly's or just sitting around his place listening to music (as we both had a passion for some of the same artists). He was God blessed to arrive here from South Korea and come to the caring household of the Haring family. His bright character will always shine on from above.

To the Haring Family,
I was shocked and saddened to hear from Fred that Nathan had fallen ill and that he had passed on. For me, it's always a shock when someone close to my age passes away, especially so suddenly, as it forces me to look inward and take stock in my own life.
I remember playing baseball with Nate for Southwest Little League - I think we both played for the team with the "purple" t-shirts - and I certainly remember playing tennis with him at Lakewood and at Woodland pool. What I remember most about Nate, however, was his big personality and that he wouldn't back down for anything, despite his stature; he was someone who, I'm sure, left a lasting impression on anyone he met, as my memories of him growing up in Mansfield are vivid.
My family and I know from grief, and I can say with confidence that things will get easier with time, although it never does get easy. I will keep Fred and the rest of the Haring's in my thoughts during this challenging time. Peace.

Dear Fritz and Linda, So sorry to learn of the passing of Nathan.
As you know both of our boys were adapted and are ten years older than was Nathan. We cannot imagine how difficult it is for you and your family to have lost a son at such a young age. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. God Bless.
