I regret the loss of Dr. Steinman and send my heartfelt condolences to his entire family. Since I saw this obituary, I was wondering if he was a relative of my deceased Grandfather, Solomon Steinman (deceased 1954) and his widow, Edith Steinman (Deceased 1988). Solomon emigrated to the U.S. from Russia around 1900 and my grandmother, Edith was born in Boston in 1900. Any information would be appreciated. I am Dr. Gerald Goldhaber and live in NYC (212) 379-6661 or [email protected]. Thanks again.

Warm Summer Sun
Warm summer sun,
Shine kindly here,
Warm southern wind,
Blow softly here.
Green sod above,
Lie light, lie light.
Good night, dear heart,
Good night, good night.

Please accept my condolences on the loss of Dr. Ralph Steinman. My late father, Rabbi Joseph Kelman, was the rabbi in Sherbrooke from late 1953 until 1955 and he always spoke very fondly of the Steinman family. May you find comfort in the knowledge that Ralph contributed greatly to the world - may his memory be for a blessing.

My deepest condolences to the family. Mr. Steinman will be truly missed I'm sure. What a wonderful scientist he was. The comfort we get from the scriptures is found in 2 Cornithians 1:3,4. After time has past please take the time to read this encouraging scripture.
