My sincerest condolences to Michael Bergner's family. A kind and gentle soul, I always considered him my first mentor as a lawyer. Although I left San Diego 11 years ago, I always stopped in to his office to say hello when I had an opportunity to go back to visit. He will be missed. Jeffrey D. Goetz.
