Joseph A. Midgett also gave New Hope Baptist Church a wonderful Church Library by providing many books that helped the church membership gain wisdom and knowledge both in Christ and in educational subjects as well, food for VBS,Clothing for the poor, work for the fellowship, time for his brethern, and respect for the clergy. Joe was an unsong Hero in many ways always there and always helping, never looking for glory for himself. He help as many as he could on his journey in this life. Not to mention his hard work helping "The New Hope Baptist Five Blind Boys" reach a level of praise worthy of God! Thank Joe for always being "Joe"

May God be with the Family of Mr. Joe and know that he will be missed from our lives for his dedication in playing with the choir and always offering a kind and gently word. We rejoice in knowing we will see him again.
