From Toms River Elementry to South Toms River Elementry from 1st to 6th Grade Mrs. Moncrief was my Librarian as well as thousands of others. She taught us all about books, the difference between Fiction and NonFiction, the Dewey Decimal System, and would read us books and would really bring the stories to life. Thinking of Mrs. Moncrief brings back good thoughts of my childhood.

Judy shared many pearls of wisdom as well as many good stories when we worked together at South Toms River. To have had Erica in my sixth grade class, an exceptional young lady, and Judy as a valued colleague, I have been doubly blessed when it comes to Moncriefs. So sorry for your loss.
