Charlotte Yingling Obituary
AGE: 62 • Red Bank
Charlotte Anne Shanley Yingling, after 62 years on earth, went home on October 31, 2013. "Sherri," as her large loving family knew her, graduated from Red Bank Catholic High School and stayed in touch with her classmates, arranging class reunions over the years. Sherri married Larry Yingling in 1976. When she wasn't managing the office at J and J Pools in Shrewsbury, Sherry loved gardening, giving parties and just hanging out with her 13 nieces and nephews and 25 great nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her husband Larry and her parents, Margaret McDonnell and Robert Elliott Shanley of Rumson. Sherri is survived by five siblings, Katherine Shanley Carhart of New Brittain, Connecticut, Margaret R. Shanley of Glouster, Massachusetts, Elizabeth Shanley Driscoll of Monkton, Maryland, R. Elliott Shanley of Monmouth Beach, and Alexander Joseph Shanley of Rumson. We have all loved her since the day she was born and we will miss her forever.
A Mass celebration will take place at Saint James Roman Catholic Church, 94 Broad Street, Red Bank on Friday, November 8th at 10:15am. Donations can be made in her name to the American Cancer Society. PO Box 22718, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73123-1718. or on line.
