Flora Noglows Obituary
AGE: 87 • Little Silver
Flora Noglows, 87 of Little Silver, died April 6, 2013. Born in Neilston, Scotland, she came to the US at age 13, where her family settled in Elizabeth. After marrying her husband Paul, they moved to Little Silver and lived there for more than 60 years. Flora was a member of the First Baptist Church of Red Bank. She enjoyed playing bridge, bowling, golf, and traveling with her family. Flora is survived by her husband of 62 years, Paul William Noglows, her son William Noglows and his wife Michelle of Hinsdale, IL, her daughters Elizabeth Siciliano and her husband Ric of Oceanport, Gail Fleming and her husband Don of Pennington, NJ and Diane Cooke and her husband Robert of Berlin, MD Also surviving are her brothers and sister: Colin Kennovin of New Smyrna Beach, FL, David Kennovin of Plainfield, NJ and Margaret Barry of Tinton Falls, NJ and her seven grandchildren . Visitation Wednesday 2-4 &7-9 pm at The Thompson Memorial Home, 310 Broad St. Red Bank. Funeral service Thursday 10am at the funeral home, interment to follow in Fair View Cemetery, Middletown. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Greater NJ Chapter, 400 Morris Ave. STE 251, Denville, NJ 07834-1365 are preferred. www.alz.org

Flora was a real good person, and a caring friend. I can see that beautiful smile that lite up a room. She enjoyed the Fair Haven Seniors and we enjoyed Flora. Thank You God for letting us know her.

Mrs. Noglows was a very dear friend of my mother and my father. They spent many New Years Eve's together and many fun times over lots of years in Little Silver. I will remember her warm personality and good friendship to my mother, Jane Layton. Her beautiful Scottish accent welcomed everyone she met. I have many fond memories of my childhood of many members of the Noglows family... I am so sorry at the passing of your mother. I have memories of Monmouth Meats and the big smiles that everyone in the Noglows family always seemed to have for you.
