Mrs. Noglows was a very dear friend of my mother and my father. They spent many New Years Eve's together and many fun times over lots of years in Little Silver. I will remember her warm personality and good friendship to my mother, Jane Layton. Her beautiful Scottish accent welcomed everyone she met. Love from the Laytons, Ken and Joyce, Tom and Evelyne and Nancy and Dick Dunne

Wishing you love and comfort in this time of grief. Debbie, Jenna & Tara
