Bob, Caitlin, and JP's whole family - you have my deepest sympathies. I was so sorry to hear the sad news today.
JP was a friend of mine in high school. He was always kind and always fun! I was so happy when we were able to reconnect through Facebook, and hoped that we'd have a chance to meet in person again.
He was a wonderful friend. You will all be in my prayers.

I am so sad to learn of J.P.'s passing. I had such a huge crush on J.P. in High School, he was my older sister's friend and he was always so nice to her kid sister. You can imagine my surprise when I arrived at The College of Mount St. Vincent to discover JP was a student at Manhattan College! In just the past couple years we reconnected on Facebook and he was as happy, joyful and funny as ever. I was just thinking of him the other day as I still hoped to get to visit and reminisce one day... (I live now near where he grew up) Such heart breaking news. Rest in Peace JP.

Please accept my heartfelt condolences for your loss.
Although it had been many, many years since we'd been in contact, JP held a very special place in my heart. He was my junior prom escort.
I have such wonderful memories of this time in my life; especially when I think back on why and how brother Dennis (my SJV classmate and fellow Freehold YMCA lifeguard) helped orchestrate this plan. We (the entire gang) had a fun and memorable evening; it was a great party.
May you all find comfort and peace in your memories.

Tom and the entire Moroney family, Deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to you all... JP will always be remembered. Saddly, the last time we met was at my brothers funeral, I'm sure that they are both having a Jameson's together. I'm very sorry for your loss.

The Manhattan College alumni community shares the grief, and is now praying for our fellow alumni and the family at this time. The Alumni Office has been informed. As well as the Jasper Jottings community that I personally can reach. We are all a little poorer now. "No man is an island, entire of itself ... any man's death diminishes me". We are sorry for your loss.

My heartfelt sympathy goes to Bob and Caitin at the loss of such a wonderful, kind, sincere and loving man JP. You were one of my best friends the other side of the pond. I have so many wonderful memories of fun, long email conversations, long chats, wonderful dinners and hot chocolate in Greenwich Villiage. You always listened JP and you encouraged me to love and live life.... My lovely friend may peace be yours and you find your "rainbows end, my huckleberry friend" always missed. Forever loved.

I don't know if words cannot adequately explain the sadness at this moment to have lost such a special member of our family. I can picture JP laughing at something stupid I had done! My life has been enriched by having you both in it! Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers. I am only a phone call away anytime you need a friend. Rest in peace JP - thanks for the memories!!!!

Bob, Caitlin and family, it is hard to find the words to express how deeply sorry we are for your loss. May you rest in peace J.P. you are loved and will be greatly missed. An Irish Blessing for you:
May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields and,
Until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
