PETER J. INGLIMA
AGE: 77 BETHLEHEM, PA
Peter J. Inglima, 77, peacefully passed from this life on Tuesday, October 26, 2010. Born in Manhattan, NY, he was the son of the late Carmelo and Carmela (Livoti) Inglima. He graduated from New Dorp High School on Staten Island and then served in the Army stationed in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He married Claire Klumpe on November 20, 1954. Peter was a retired tool and die maker and a very talented gunsmith. A strong supporter of the NRA, he was a member and officer of The Cedar Rod and Gun Club in Somerset County, NJ for many years. While living in Pennsylvania since 2004, he was an active member of The Stockertown Rod and Gun Club. Peter's passions were hunting, skeet shooting and fishing and he truly valued family, friends and his canine companion Rosie.
Survivors include daughters, Lynn Anne Inglima, wife of Curtis Johnson of Walker Valley, New York and Susan Inglima, wife of William C. Shannon of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; grandchildren, Kyra Inglima, Marika Harakel, Ian Miller, Tyler Johnson, William T. Shannon and Stephen D. Shannon and his sister Rosemarie Pilkington of Staten Island, New York. Peter was predeceased by his wife, Claire.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, evening, November 2, 2010, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden Street, Bethlehem followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, which will be celebrated in the Funeral Home. Contributions can be made to: Stockertown Rod and Gun Club, PO Box 485, Stockertown PA 18083 to be used toward a special event in the spring in Peter's honor.

To the Inglima Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this of sadness. Pete and Claire were good frinds of mine when I was living in New Jersey. Pete was the Best Man in my wedding when I married Rich Reiley. It has been an honor to know Pete, his smile and his laughter.He will be in my heart for ever
