Mary Nagengast Obituary
AGE: 88 • Manalapan
Mary A. Nagengast, 88, of Manalapan, peacefully passed on Monday, May 28, 2012, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold, after a brief illness. Born in Bayonne, she was a graduate of Holy Family Academy High School in Bayonne. Mary has resided in Manalapan for the past 45 years and was a communicant of St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Manalapan.
She was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Moran. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Charlie; her devoted children, son, Bob of Savannah, GA and daughter, Clare Nagengast-Vegvary and her husband, Bill, of Phoenix, AZ; her sister, Sr. Clare Moran of Philadelphia; and two grandchildren, Rachel and Jordan Nagengast of Teaneck.
Family and friends are invited to visit today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at the Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 30th, at 10 AM at St. Thomas More Church, Manalapan. Interment will follow at St. Gertrude's Cemetery, Colonia.
