Gordon C. Sieb

AGE: 85 • Ocean County

Gordon C. Sieb, 85, passed away September 26, 2012 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Mr. Sieb was born in Whitesville and spent his life in Ocean County. He served in the US Army during World War II as a medic. Gordon then worked for the Home News Tribune in New Brunswick for 45 years, laying out the Ads. He was very active in the Calvary Light House Church where he volunteered in the Food Pantry among many other responsibilities. Mr. Sieb enjoyed trips to Atlantic City, camping and spending time with his family and dog Nikki. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather who had a great sense of humor and was very loving and will be greatly missed by all.

Mr. Sieb is predeceased by his son Gordon Jr. and sister, Ruth. Gordon is survived by his wife of 37 years Lori, three children, Faith Ivey, Nancy Geserick and her husband Mark, and Carolyn Skortis and her husband Joe, five grandchildren, Jared, Nadine, Carolyn, Steve, and Danny, six great grandchildren, Ashleigh, Kayla, Brandon, Diana, Luke, and Larkin and many other friends and relatives.

Friends may call Friday, September 28, 2012 from 7-9 pm at the D'Elia Funeral Home Rt. 70 & Vermont Ave. Lakewood, NJ 08701. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 28, 2012 at 8PM at the funeral home. Cremation will be private. For further information or to post a tribute please visit www.deliafuneralhome.com.
