AGE: 79 • Waretown
Valerie Rose Travisano (nee Whiteley), 79, of Waretown passed April 21, 2015. She was born and lived in the Morgan section of Sayreville for 68 years, and was employed at the Borough of Sayreville for 22 years, before moving to Waretown in 2004. Valerie loved God and loved people. Her thoughtfulness and sense of humor were a true blessing.
Surviving are her beloved husband of 57 years, Anthony Travisano; four children and their spouses, Anthony and Patricia Travisano, Theresa and James Heath, Paul and Karen Travisano, Gail Travisano; eight grandchildren, Edward, Jillian, Samantha, Eric, Andrew, Matthew, Nicholas and Chelsea; two great grandchildren, Steven and James.
A Memorial Mass will be offered 10 AM on Friday, May 1 at St. Mary's Church, 747 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat. Barnegat Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. (www.BarnegatFH.com).
