I didn't know Carl very personally but only can say that as a missionary, it was encouraging to hear his heart and I remember what he said to me one day in a conversation: “I don’t want to be a missing piece, but we can be a part that we can count on”. Thanks Pastor Carl

I have attended the lst Assembly of God Church in Marysville for quite sometime now and have the opportunity to know Pastor Carl and wife Ruby. Very loving and caring christian people, and Carl will be missed greatly. I was very sad to hear of his passing on Friday morning and he's been on my mind often. Ruby, we love you and my sympathy goes out to you and the family and our church family, too.
