Elinor Self was my aunt. She was married to my fathers brother Uly. Although I live in New Mexico and have not seen her for years, I do remember the fun times as a child that the family had together. I always liked and respected Aunt Elinor and I send my sincerest sympathy to all the family there in Live Oak. God Bless.

You have my deepest sympathy. May good memories provide solace for your family during this challenging time; and may God provide you with the assurance that you will see your loved one again in Paradise. John 17:3

I was blessed to spend most of my childhood with Elinor and Uly as neighbors, church family, and as my friend. They were always so generous is sharing advise, a joke, or food from their amazing garden and wonderful peach tree. Elinor had the most amazing whistle - and I am hoping that she and my Grandma Esther are enjoying catching up in Heaven this morning. Thanks to the Self Family for sharing your wife and Mother with us for all these years -- She will be missed.
