Though I never met Irene, I just found out from Marie (Azevedo)Spooner that Irene was my cousin (as is Marie). I called my older sister Mickey tonight and asked her about Irene. Mickey said she had seen Irene 3-4 years ago in Colusa at her namesake's (Irene Ferraiuolo)90th birthday. I'm sorry for your loss and for not having ever met Irene or any of the rest of you from the O'Leary side of the family. The photo of Irene reminds me a lot of my oldest sister Thelma (now deceased).

TO THE GOMES FAMILY I AM SO SORRY TO HEAR OF THE DEATH OF IRENE...WE ALL HAVE GREAT MEMORIES OF GROWING UP IN WILLIAMS. THEY HAD THE STORE AND THEY RAISED ALL THE KIDS FAMILY AND EXTENDED FAMILY. I HAD THE PRIVELEDGE TO BE IN 2 OF HER KIDS WEDDINGS AND THEY HOLD AWESOME MEMORIES. GOD BLESS YOU ALL NOW SHE IS WITH JOE AND THEY ARE REUNITED... WHAT A BLESSING AFTER A ILLNESS.
