Hey dad it´s tanner I hope you are doing good in heaven I´m 17 now gonna be 18 this December it hurt me so much that you´ve been gone from me and mom for almost 14 years now I still cry so much about not having you with me and mom. I still remember when you told my mom I was gonna be something great and I juss got my first offer last night, thank you for being there even tho I had you for a short period of time in my life every game I play is for you. You and mom keep me going everyday and I can´t ever thank her enough for bein here while your gone god bless your soul I love you rip

What a singing voice! And I loved his swagger. The other thing I was blessed to see was Jeff's expressions at Tanner's soccer games. The sideline coach for Tanner, priceless. Loved seeing Jeff and Rose at the gym and the strong words of encouragement that they gave me each time. Your gentle loving way with no judgement. Your actions supported your words. Nothing stronger than that. Miss you Jeff.

Mr. Bubbles, his name is so perfect. I remember when I first met him at Lindhurst High School. He was with "The Men in Black". Such a beautiful smile, such a warm heart, such a loving face. The time that we got to know Jeff seemed way too short, but we were blessed to have it. His enthusiasm for life and unrestrained worship of our Lord was truly inspirational. And, oh, that voice! Regrettably, we only got to hear him sing one time. But that day he sang with the choir was electric! But, heaven is blessed, and we'll enjoy the reunion in due time. Meanwhile, we love you, Rose and Tanner. We're praying for you continually, and are so glad you are a part of our Goldendale family.

It still hasn't sank in that your gone. We had so much planned and never knew we had such little time. I kno you already knew this but you played such a huge role in the man I have become today. I thank you a thousand times over again for being the man you didn't have to be. I'll be here for mom and tanner so you don't have to worry. I miss you everyday and will forever miss you. You were so much to so many people, but what you were to me was a confidant, a comedian, my number one fan, a work out coach, my singing partner and someone I was not ready to see leave my life yet. “J”, a great friend, and a man I thought of as a father figure. I am so glade that I got to know and learn from such a great man. It was so short and I wish my time with him was more. He showed me so many things that I don’t know and taught me how to be a young man and now as adult how to be a better person. It is going to be hard without him not only for me but for these he left behind. His wife and kids and so many he touched by just being there. His words, his songs, his wisdom, his love, his hugs, his kisses, his happy personality the person he was and the man he would have been. He will be missed and I will miss his round table discussion. Rose & Tanner ~ our hearts were broken when Jeff left us, but at the same time, we rejoice that he is no longer in pain, and that he is with his Savior, Jesus Christ, who he loved with his whole being. I was fortunate enough to work with Mr. Bubbles for 2 years at MHS, we had many laughs and became great friends. Tanner you should be proud of the legacy your dad left behind. He was such a great man and touched the lives of so many people in our community. May you rest in peace Mr. Bubbles.

We were lucky enough to have Jeff in our lives,Joe and I and my three children will all miss him. Mr. Bubbles...What is there to say?? You were an amazing man. Mr. Bubbles without you I don't think I would be the same person I am today and I am grateful for that :) You were always there when I needed you most and just when i needed a little bit of encouragement. Mr. Bubbles was definetly one of those special people who touched lives. I dont remember a time when I would walk down the halls of MHS and not see a smile on his face. He made Marysville High a better safer place. He truly will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to Rosie and her family.

I never had the opprtunity to meet Mr. Bubbles but after reading the Obituary he was a profound man. I had the pleasure of attending high school with his daughter Clarrisa. It is sad to hear about someone lost and even more when it's a beautiful person like Clarrisa. My thougths and prayers are with you and your family.

I am so thankful I had the opportunity to talk with you recently. It meant so much to connect with you. It's hard to believe that Jeff is physically gone from our lives but, I know that he will be there for you, Tanner and all of his family each and everyday. Jeff (Mr.Bubbles) was such a big help with talking to the players on my basketball team when I was coaching the varsity boys basketball team at Marysville High School. He was a great friend to me and the basketball program. I was always thinking about him when he left for Washington. He had a huge impact on a lot of young life's. I feel truly blessed to have gotten to know him. He is now pain free and smiling down on us.

Jeff was an amazing friend with an amazing smile for everyone, i worked with him MANY years ago when he did security at The Mall at Yuba City, I was the manager of a franchise there. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. He was a very tender hearted person especially with children. I saw that with my grandson. May God Bless you.

Mr. Bubbles was an incrediable man. He inspired many student to stay off drugs, attend class, and mostly graduate. When I was a senior at MHS he would sit and chat with me in the hall when he knew I should have been at my TA class. I would go to the cafferita and pick us up a breakfast burrito (on him) and we should share breakfast and first period together. He was the coolest man ever--- I am sure his attitude translated into a loving father, g-pa, and husband. Mr,. Bubbles--you will be missed.
