Mae Lewis-Hinson Obituary

75, of Marysville, passed away on September 25, 2010. She was born on February 14, 1935 in Itasca, TX. Mary worked for Del Monte Cannery and retired from Tri Valley Cannery. She had been a Yuba-Sutter resident for over 40 years. Survivors include her sons, Earl Hardy & Joseph Hardy, daughters, Betty Smith (TX), Vivian Montgomery, Beatrice Tinson (SAC), Faydean Lewis, Recha Cox, & Ronda Williams. Her sister, Elnora Turner (SAC), 18 grandchildren, 22 great- grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren; along with hosts of relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Albert Lewis, her daughter, Earliane "Gidget" Catherine Hardy & granddaughter, Crystal A. Ford. Mary was a life long servant of the Lord, God, Jesus Christ. Memorial services will be on Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2010 at 1pm at Bethel AME Church, 115 5th St. in Marysville. (530) 742-3393. my thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time. she is definitely a woman to be celebrated. she loved her family and those who crossed her path in life were blessed to have met her. i will never forget her and how she loved her barbeque chicken and greens. miss you sweet lady. u will always live on in the hearts of those who loved you.
