Karen, my deepest sympathies at this very difficult time. Mike gave me invaluable help when I started my law office, as you did, and I will never forget it. He was truly a unique, intelligent and kind individual and he will be missed by so many. My thoughts and prayers are with you now and in the months to come. He is at peace now with no more pain; may this be of comfort to you and his family.

Mike was one of the smartest lawyers to appear in my courtroom, and I will miss his gentle wit and insightful mind. In the words of the very old Jewish prayer, May Mike's memory be a blessing to all who knew him. Mine and Carla's thoughts go out to Karen and the family.
