As "Chuck's little sister", I would like to express my thankfulness and gratitude to our parents, Charles and Catherine Arnold, for molding Chuck into the man he became. I am so proud for you in regards to the turn out by hundreds of people who Chuck affected, impacted and loved. When the grief is not so strong - you can rest assured that your first son did make our little piece of the world a much better place. I will miss you, brother, as will the rest of our family and your friends and I know I will see you again.

I'm in shock at Chuck's passing. He was one of my very best friends in high school and I have thought of him often. I will always remember his laugh and wonderful smile. My buddy forever.
