JESSIE MCARTHUR Jessie McArthur, age 110, passed away on December 14, 2005 and has gone on to join a long list of family and friends including her husband, Lisle McArthur her son, Paul McArthur, grandson, Mark Arthur Crippin, sisters,Bessie DeCroker and Ethel Whitworth, brothers, Ernest and Archie Matteson and many more who loved her. She is survived and will be greatly missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Dale Crippin of Lawrenceville, GA. granddaughter, Deborah Crippin DiPaolo of Lawrenceville, GA; grandsons, Jeffrey Lynn Crippin of Conyers, GA; and David Wayne Crippin of Frisco, TX; and 3 great-grandchildren, Jeffrey Dale Crippin, Caitlyn Marie Crippin and Jeremy Jon DiPaolo. Born Jessie Ilene Matteson, August 9, 1895. She has lived in 3 centuries and was much loved by all who knew her. Her warm smile and upbeat personality could brighten any room. Her remains will be taken to the Kalamazoo, Michigan area, where she lived her first 107 years of her life before moving to Lawrenceville to be closer to family. Her secret to life-"I was just always happy." Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel, 770-963-2411.
