Lorene Fischer Obituary

Retired Nurse EVANS, Ga. - Lorene Fischer, 85, of Evans, GA, entered into rest August 10, 2008 at Doctors Hospital. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Susannah Davis officiating. Mrs. Fischer was born in Royston, GA and was the daughter of the late George W. Taylor and the late Florida Busha Taylor. She was retired as a nurse. Mrs. Fischer was also a member of First United Methodist Church of Warrenton, GA. Survivors include: her daughter: Jean Evans and her husband Charles H. "Bud" Evans of Martinez, GA; granddaughters: Lorri Latif and her husband Joe Latif, Acworth, GA, Paige Bertram and her husband Brad of Martinez, GA; great-grandchildren: Brandon Latif, Chandler Latif, Collin Bertram and Carter Bertram; sisters: Ann Wade (Sammy), Stone Mountain, GA, Nell Hearn, Carnesville, GA; brothers: Ed Taylor ( Carolyn), Royston, GA, Bill Taylor (Joyce), Lake Sinclair, GA; many nieces and nephews and her extended family that loved and cared for her the past 3 years at Tapley's Personal Care Home in Evans, GA. In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to "The Make A Wish Foundation" P. O. Box 3034 Augusta, GA 30914. Was very sorry to read of Lorene's passing. She was a good friend and I had lost contact with her. My condolences to family. She will always be a fond memory. I called Fanny to tell her.
