Bradford Collins Obituary

AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Bradford Collins, Jr., of Belafonte Drive entered into rest Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at the University Hospital. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Old Storm Branch Baptist Church, Clearwater, SC with Rev. Nathaniel Irvin, Presiding and Rev. Mickie Collins, Officiating. Burial will be at Walker Memorial Park. Mr. Collins, a native of Augusta, GA., a 1953 graduate of Lucy C. Laney High School, a retired supervisor from Thermal Ceramic, formerly Babcock & Wilcox. Survivors are five sons, Rickie (Sandra) Collins, Stone Mountain, GA, Mickie (Malissa) Collins, Evans, GA, Michael Collins, Bradford (Tameka) Collins, III, Augusta, GA ,Carl Collins, three daughters, Sabrina Collins (Teiresias) Jones, Lithonia, GA., Lisa (David) Walden, Veronica Beard, Fourteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
